The FUE 2010 Customer Satisfaction Survey Tool has been uploaded on the website for your download. FUE resolved to conduct a customer satisfaction survey whose results will help the secretariat to make informed decisions with the objectives of: - Investigating members needs in relation to FUE’s objectives with a view of improving the existing/ introducing new programmes to address those specific needs identified
- Enhancing the federation’s competitiveness in service delivery to members.
- Re-in forcing the new 5 year strategic plan to help diversify member services as well as improving their delivery.
- Building Capacity of staff in carrying out customer satisfaction surveys.
- Determine the extent to which the objectives of FUE have been met as of the date of the survey, and assess the likelihood of achieving them in the next five years;
- Identifying FUE’s institutional strengths and weaknesses as a member service provider,
- Identifying and documenting good practices in service delivery,
- Identifying the constraints that have impacted on the implementation of the key activities,
- Assessing the relevance of FUE’s programmes in relation to the ever changing environment and members’ priorities,
